Belenman Return/Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Belenman!
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
🔶Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:
1)Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2)The item must be in the original packaging.
3)To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
🔶Exchanges (if applicable):
1)We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (Add Relevant Email Address) and send your item to: (Relevant Address).
🔶Partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
1)Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2)Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
3)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4)If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
🔶Late or missing refunds:
1)If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
2)If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (email and or phone number)
🔶Shipping:
You must be sent to the following Address:

2)You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
3)Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4)Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Belenman Delivery Policy:
1)Delivery time to West Malaysia: 2-5 days
Delivery time to East Malaysia: 5-10 days (Sabah&Sarawak)
2)All goods are dispatched from our Belenman shop in Selangor,Malaysia. We’re preparing orders from Monday to Saturday. The parcel is sent immediately after the payment is credited.
3)The time of processing an order and preparing it for shipment may be longer due to weekends, holidays or special promotions. However, it will not exceed 3 working days.
4)Once your order has been shipped, We will provide you with a tracking number for your package and you can track your package through the website.
